Getting Started¶
If you're new to Tempo, start with:
Common Workflows¶
Daily Workout Import¶
- Export a workout file from your device (Garmin, Apple Watch, etc.)
- Go to the Import page
- Drag and drop your file
- View your workout with maps and analytics
Bulk Import from Strava¶
- Request your Strava data export
- Upload the ZIP file via the Bulk Import feature
- Wait for processing to complete
- Review imported workouts
Backup and Restore¶
- Navigate to Settings → Export / Import
- Click "Export All Data" to create a backup
- Store the ZIP file safely
- To restore, use "Import Data" and upload the export file
- Review import statistics to verify restoration
Analyzing Performance¶
- View weekly and yearly statistics
- Analyze relative effort trends
- Review heart rate zones
- Compare workouts over time
